There are four unlockable medals in Broken Minds.
They appear in the end screen after the credits, in addition to the other medals that you can unlock by completing all the routes of the game.
Hard mode medal
HARD MODE MEDAL[]
The Hard Mode medal is awarded when you finish all Wheel of Fallacies on a playthrough without using Easy Mode.
YPDA MEDAL[]
YPDA medal
The YPDA medal is awarded when you discover the detective's secret.
TRUE ENDING MEDALS[]
The final two medals (not pictured) are awarded when you unlock both true endings.
